Ritu brings over 15 years of diverse experience, with a major part of her journey rooted as an HR professional in banking and Insurance domains with expertise in talent acquisition, performance management and people centric systems. She has also spent several years in the field of education that gives her a strong grounding in learning, capacity building and stakeholder engagement. This multidisciplinary experience adds a unique dimension to her work- enabling her to bring together robust HR practices, a deep understanding of how people learn and grow and a keen sensitivity to organizational culture. An artist with a deep interest in psychology, Ritu integrates creativity, empathy and cognition into her work, helping organizations craft learning spaces, cultures, and wellbeing initiatives that are both thoughtful and real.
